How do you guys find guest posting opportunities?

Compile a list of blogs ranking for keywords you are targetting and then drop them a mail for guest post.

Yes, ahrefs is a good tool, but is expensive and the backlinks what you copy at your rivals will don't know will be indexed.

look on other sites in your niche and contact them.. Most of them CBA to create new content and are willing to let someone else write a piece.. For my journey I have messaged a few sites that had my keyword, and messaged a few...
2 of 5 has responded to my email
One of them asked $350 for a listing in the top 3..
The other had a mistake on his site which I pointed out. ( he wants a 300 word article with link to my site and a backlink to his site)
The others haven't responded yet.

Gather leads and then do e-mail marketing. Show them your proposal and win them over. I also go for joining Facebook groups to find bloggers who are open to such

Apart from sites that already have the "contribute" option, you could also just look up for the websites that post relevant to your niche material, or ones that your competitors use.
The success ratio varies from day to day and there's no way to predict how many people that you reached will reply to you back, but it's still worth trying.

There are many ways to find opportunities but i use backlinkwatch as It's free and you can even see how your competitor creating backlink. 2nd option is openlinkprofiler does the same but little advanced than backlinkwatch.So apart from the obvious keyword + "guest post" etc etc Google advanced search operators, do you guys have any tricks/tips you are willing to share to find guest posting opportunities?
