I contacted him via Skype and he said he would sort it out for me. His English is not the best on Skype and he calls himself "Alex Watson" so I think thats bogus. If someone is using fake names that tells you something...

After him agreeing to look through the website and sort out the content he then tried to sell me the seo services again and to leave a review on his thread!

I told him if I left a review it would be poor. That was Thursday. He never replied and today I contacted him again and he said it would take a further 15 days to sort out the website! I told him Im not happy and would like a refund. He can have the crappy website for himself. He said how could he have it, its on my hosting.... I had to explain to him in 3 basic steps that he can setup his own hosting account, backup the current crappy website and then import it to his own hosting...its not hard, this guy is supposed to be a designer???

He said he could not give me a refund as Stripe would not allow him to. He said Stripe rejected it... He told me to contact my bank which I did. They have issued the refund and told me the company the money went to is called GoWebDesign.com. I confronted him about this and he said they are the receiver of the money. It sounds like this guy is just some middle man.

I dont know what this is or how it works but I know the work was crap and this guy is very difficult to deal with. Dont waste your money on this fool. There are much better threads on here with people who offer this type of service who are far more professional.

I would advise everyone to AVOID THIS SELLER!

Hey thank for letting me know about your experience with this seller. I was on the fence about buying from them but with your review I'm not going to purchase. Thanks for 'taking the bullet' as it were for us.
