UPDATE: Received my keyword list today. However, not sure about "super easy to rank" as all of them have high competition. Also not sure about "$10,000 a month" because monthly search volume is only higher for 2 of them (9K), all the others have quite low search volume down to 100.

Same thing happened to me. I received high competition keywords and sent the seller a pm.

Yes the exact same thing happened to me as the two posters above. Absolutely rubbish keyword.

Keyword competition was huge for the keyword and it had absolutely no commercial intent.

I haven't done SEO in quite some time, and I figured I'd throw my 'hat' in again. From my reading/testing, it's taking a lot longer to rank sites. Does it stand true with these keywords? I understand that each niche is different, and there are many variables, but what kind of lead-time are you guys seeing with ranking these lower-end keywords?
