Any India affiliate network for adversiters?

Is there any India affiliate network where I can promote my products? I talked to vcommission but they charge Rs.50,000 per month for advertising till they feel I have enough sales and then switch to affiliate system (per sale commission)

I do not want to pay upfront but can do a per sale model.
