Ban | ban
A ban will prevent you from logging on to BHW. It's a clear indication that you did something wrong and are not welcome anymore and forces you to sign-up again under a new username. This way you can continue doing the same stupid shit that got you banned in the first place.

For users who are actually welcome on BHW a banned account is visually recognizable by the word "BANNED" right underneath the username. And in case you failed to notice that one, the message is repeated again. This time with a red decorative banner with the word "BANNED" on it. Just so you know what others will see if you ever ef up.

Black Hat SEO | blak hat es-ee-oh
Black hat SEO refers to the use of aggressive SEO techniques that mainly focuses on manipulating the search engines for a quick financial gain. Blackhat SEO tactics may include keyword stuffing, doorway pages, buying fake reviews & fake social signals, or use of a PBN to increase page rank.

Black hat SEO is like that loudmouth bully you had in class. He was always the center of attention, never read the assignments and forced you to do his homework. On top of that, he actually got to finger that pretty girl you were secretly in love with.

You assumed he would eventually conquer the world until you met him a couple of years ago, while you were driving home in your Mercedes. Turned out that he is quite unsuccessful and lives an ungratifying life without any steady income. His third divorce left him broke and lonely, and during your conversation, he just kept yapping on about his one-time financial success eight years ago.

BHW | bee-eych-duhb-uhl-yoo
Short for BlackHatWorld.

BlackHatWorld | blak-hat-wurld
According to Megan Brahme-Finkelstein "BlackHatWorld is an internet forum owned by Damien Trevatt focused on Black-hat search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and services, often known as spamdexing."

BTB | bee-tee-bee
Short for BassTrackerBoats.

BassTrackerBoats | beys-trak-er-bohts
See BTB.

FaF | faf
Short for friends and family.

Friends and family | frends uhnd fah-mu-lee
A PayPal payment method that guarantees you can kiss your money goodbye when your order something from an unknown seller.

Insta | in-stah
Short for Instagram.

Instagram | in-stah-gram
Instagram is a photo-sharing application that allows users to share pictures and videos either publicly, or privately to pre-approved followers.

At this moment in time, Instagram is preferred by females with daddy-issues and Gangster Rappers to get the much-needed attention they are after.

Those of us that are into SMM'ing or eWhoring prefer to use Instagram to either market and sell our cheap drop-shipped products from China or automagically redirect our visitor to another website to get them to sign up to our affiliate program.

Megan Brame-Finkelstein | meh-gan braahm-e fink-el-stai-ne
According to Megan Brame-Finklestein, Megan Brame-Finkelstein is an award-winning entrepreneur and cosmetic formulator who spent nearly a decade running her skincare and home fragrance business.

Judging by the fact that Megan Brame-Finkelstein's Twitter account is suspended, changes are high that Megan Brame-Finkelstein is the alter-ego of an unknown Jr. VIP that sells high-authority backlinks on sites like The Huffington Post and Wikipedia.

Mod | modt
Short for moderator.

Moderator | mod-uh-rey-tor
A person who presides over a BHW panel discussion. Perceived by some members as demigods whose actions and motivations are unclear for us mere mortals. Other members appreciate and value the efforts and hard work of the moderators in keeping BHW safe and focused on its core mission and purpose.

PP | pee-pee
Short for PayPal.

PayPal | pey-pal
PayPal is the payments system of choice for many. Loved and hated at the same time for various reasons. One of the reasons to hate it is "withholding" hard-earned revenue for no apparent reason. ;)

But as always, there are several solutions available, you just have to look through the various BlackHatWorld sales threads to actually find them.

SEO | es-ee-oh
Short for search engine optimization.

Search engine optimization | surch en-juhn op-tuh-muh-zey-shuhn
Since my site ranks somewhere between position 97 and 102 I am not going to get into the what, why and how regarding SEO.

If you do want to know what SEO is or how it works, this link to Wikipedia might be useful.

Spoonfed | spoon-fe-duh
See spoonfeeding.

Spoonfeeding | spoon-fee-ding
The act of handing over a proven method to generate an online income without requiring any independent thought or work by the receiving party. Often times it is requested that the technique is broken down into easy to replicate steps, just like paint-by-numbers.

Recent studies have shown that people who like to be spoonfed perform well in middle-management positions. The reason for this is because it is not required that the person in question possesses the ability for creative thought or demands them to do any hard work themselves.

Warning | wawr-ning
A warning is a clear indication that you did something stupid. Repeat warnings will eventually lead to either a temporary or permanent ban.

White Hat SEO | hwahyt hat es-ee-oh
White hat SEO refers to the usage of optimization strategies that completely follows the rules and policies set by the search engines. It mainly focuses on a human audience and not the search engines.

White hat SEO is like that silent weirdo you had in class. He never raised his voice, actually read the assignments, always did his homework diligently and never stepped out of bounds.

You assumed he would never amount to anything until you met him a couple of years ago, while you were waiting for the bus. Turned out that he is very successful and lives a gratifying life because of his steady income.

It is hard to admit, but from that moment on you actually look up to him. You never talk about it with others, but you wished that you had done your homework and actually possessed a long-term vision about what you wanted to achieve in life.

Impressive. You actuallytook your time to write this. I think this should be sent to new members with Damien’s welcome message

What is full form of OP. I have used it many times for the first post without knowing the full form. :)

Original poster or opening post is what I take it to mean.

What I got from your post:

1. blackhat is bad, don't do it if you want to have the money to buy a Mercedes.
2. whitehat is good, do it and you will travel by bus (you said: 'you met him (the wihitehat guy) a couple of years ago, while you were waiting for the bus')
3. your site ranks somewhere between position 97 and 102, so I assume you're into whitehat and you travel by bus, too.

Sounds legit...

DM | dee-em
Short for direct message.

Direct message | die-rekt mess-itch
A direct message allows you to communicate with other users on BHW. Sort of in private, but not really.

This small, but important detail is often overlooked by the new BHW member, because he or she was in a hurry to sign-up and ask the most crucial question of all; "How do I make X amount of Dollar, Euro, Rupee or Satoshi per day?"

RankBrain | rangk-breyn
RankBrain is a machine learning algorithm and a component of Google's core algorithm. In large part, it is responsible for determining the most relevant results to search engine queries.

Since a majority of new members like to be spoon-fed and do not actually care about all this technical mumbo-jumbo, it is okay to think of RankBrain as the cyberspace equivalent of Gandalf the Great. It simply needs to stop cock-blocking you and get out of the way. Once you achieve this, you have a significant change to actually rank your poorly designed Shopify store for some obscure, low search keyword.

Those that actually prefer to read can find more background information on Google's RankBrain via this link.

Web 2.0 | web too-point-oh
Web 2.0's are usually free blogs that are used to create backlinks to your money site.

On everage they are filled with not well drafted compositions of around 300 to 500 words. Many a time the discourse will be reclaimed in order to authorize as much use achievable. And its imperative that at one time in the text you need to ad you're money making keyword link to the perfect and fast loading website.

Examples of free web 2.0's are AMPBlogs.com, Atavist.com, Beep.com, Blogger.com, Blogigo.com, Bravenet.com, HatenaBlog.com, Jigsy.com, Jimdo.com, JustPaste.it, LiveJournal.com, Page4.com, Penzu.com, Postach.io, Postbit.com, SimpleSite.com, Sosblogs.com, Spruz.com, Tumblr.com, uCoz.com, Wallinside.com, Webnode.com, Weebly.com, Wix.com, Wikidot.com, WordPress.com, Yola.com. Political posts | puh-lit-i-kuhl poh-sths
A recent study, performed after the 2016 US Presidential Election, concluded that ... ..... ........ ... ...... ..... ... ... ... ....... ..... ......... ....... ...... .. .. .. ............. ......... ......... ..... ........ ........ ... .. .... .. ... ..... ........ ... ...... ..... ... ... ... ....... ..... ......... ....... ...... .. .. .. ............. ......... ......... ..... ........ ........ ... .. .... .. ...
[Edited by Mod. Reason: Political posts are not allowed on BHW!]

[Edited by Mod. Reason: Religious posts are not allowed on BHW!]

Scientific posts | sahy-un-tif-ik poh-sths
Due to the amount of circular logic found in the average scientific posts, it is allowed to create scientific posts.

Shitposting | shit-poh-sting
Shitposting is the constant posting of mildly amusing but unfunny post. Most of the time performed by members with pretentious usernames that try to hide their lack of subject-matter expertise. Shitposts are completely ignored by those members who actually earn a living.

At this moment in time shitposting is considered a grey area on BHW. It is sort of allowed as long as you post within reason. This might change in the future, so try to actually think before you post your shit.

Sir | sur
See brah.

WarriorForum | wor-ee-ar-fo-ruhm

WP | duhb-uhl-yoo-pee
Short for WordPress.

WordPress | wurd-prezs
WordPress is a Content Management System (CMS) that enables you to build a great looking website when you actually put some effort into it. Often misspelled as Wordpress, wordpress, or word press, it is the digital wet dream of the average Fiverr customer looking to build the next generation of Facebook on a 30 US$ budget.

The self-hosted version of WordPress can be found and downloaded on WordPress.org. This is the actual version that you need if you want to host and build your own website or Private Blog Network.

WordPress.com is the hosted version and the one you need if you decide to develop some Web 2.0 properties.

BTC | 01000010 01010100 01000011
Short for bitcoin.

Bitcoin | pon-zi skeem
Bitcoin is a decentralized currency. Similar to a torrent it is peer-to-peer based and every bitcoin owner must download the whole blockchain on its computer, all because of Theodor Herzl and the Rothschild Banking Cartel.

Unlike a regular bank account, you run the risk of losing all your "virtual currency" when you "forget" bitcoin's equivalent to a PIN number, knows as a "private key."

At the moment bitcoin enjoys a lot of attention from people like your uncle, your hairdresser, Tai Lopez and our personal favorite; the tax office. Mainly because of their November 2017 discovery on Facebook about the existence of a subculture colloquially know as "crypto-ballers."

Recent field research conducted by well respected BHW member and social scientist mickyfu has shown that the average crypto-baller is a 17-year young male[1] with an average financial investment of 20 US$[2] in bitcoin and other shitcoins (mickyfu, 2017, 2018).

This heavy financial burden, as mickyfu(2018) points out, could potentially threaten the financial independence and future of the average crypto-baller, "especially when McDonald's decides to automate the shit out of their restaurants" (p. 3).

[1.] Observations conducted at 3869 State Route 31, Liverpool, St. Johns Square, City Centre, Liverpool, 41-43 Ranelagh Street, City Centre, Liverpool, 218 Walton Road, Kirkdale, Liverpool , 45-47 Whitehall, Westminster, London, 34-35 Strand, Charing Cross, London, 74 Regent Street, Soho, London, Dale End, Eastside, Birmingham and 55 Temple Row, City Centre, Birmingham.
[2.] The date of the financial investment ranges between 12-12-2017 and 12-18-2017.

OP | ooh-pee
On March 26, 2018, a fierce debate about the meaning and full form of "op" threatened to divide the BHW community into two separate camps. On one side the literary theorist, on the other side the logicians.

Signifiers and denotations where exchanged left and right until the moment where the literary theorist almost caved in. In a last-ditch effort, they tried to confuse the logicians with a discussion about monogamy and succeeded.

At the moment there is no consensus about the exact full form or meaning of "op", and both "original poster" and "original post" are considered valid use. For now at least. When in doubt use "{Sir|Bro|Brah} OP" and nobody will notice as a result of their cognitive dissonance.
