How to index Backlinks?

Recently, google submit url function has not been working anymore .
I tried using this method but it didn't index backlinks.

Create an account in Google shared docs(you can use your existing Gmail account)
Create a new shared sheet and paste all your backlinks in it
Open the file so that everyone can access it (don’t limit its access)

How to index new backlinks which are not on your site?
Any new method ?

Is google update finished?

Google webmaster submit is done for and so are all the methods which relied upon it. Pinging, whois and stat submissions etc. have been long dead. Right now $5 spam link services do work but fiverr is killing them too. Your only option is fire up GSA but if those links are quality then you wouldn't want to do this. Can't do anything else other than sit and wait patiently.

Just use upper tier links to index them, especially from engines that could index themselves.

Forced indexing is not recommended. You should wait for google to pick up the pages naturally.

In the meanwhile build social media links and direct them to the pages you want indexed.

What type of links are you trying to index? If its about money site links and you are probably doing it wrong.

Parasite links are always changing.It may work for 1 week.After that,it doesn't rank anymore.However,most of the parasite links were indexed before this update.

this! keep it natural and wait for at least 3-4 weeks, if the BL is not yet indexed then your move.

Go to google mobile friendly test then run your backlink there. After the test "click submit to google". It works for me. You can submit unlimited urls.

Yes.google video sitemap is working for money site.But the problem is for backlinks
