Hello!

I would like to know what's the best free e-mail marketing service currently over there. I have millions of e-mails related to the fashion niche and I would like to use them but I don't want to use MailChimp or other paid services because of obvious reasons.

Thanks in advance!

There is not going to be any free service to send out that many emails.

And is there any 'safe' service to do it?

You wont be able to send millions of emails for free.

Amongst other things i have a fashion website and for that many emails you will probably find a combination of something like sendy and amazon ses is your cheapest option.

Thanks for the suggestion. Do you know if it's safe? I mean... if the unsubscribe/bounce/complaint rates are too strict, for example...

Its amazon servers, so yes they are safe. But you need to check your requirements against their terms and decide which package is best for you.

But if your millions of emails are basically unauthorised spam you will have issues with any system.

You need to get a Bullet Proof Email server that can't be shut down.

I suggest that you invest your money in some good email marketing service. You can try MailChimp but it can only bring you so far. I've been using GetResponse and it's working great for me.

First, clean those lists (or portions thereof) to get rid of any invalid emails to reduce bounces to reasonable rates. Next, brush up on CANSPAM and any other regulations and make sure your campaigns adhere. After that, segment the lists into niches or campaigns (SMALL batches).

Customize and personalize to the market when and where possible. Then go to SendGrid and MailGun. Both offer I think up to 10-30k emails a month for free. Sign up at each. Amazon SES is also ultra cheap...yeah not free but costs dollars to send 10s of thousands. Not my first choice due to deliver-ability, but its an option.

If you can't make any $$$ sending 10-30k emails a month you have no business scaling anyway. Refine your approach and process and then re-invest into paid options to scale when ready.

If sending for free was possible, whole world would be a victim of spam. People are looking to spend a lot of money to reach inboxes, how come a free service can reach mailbox. However there are alternatives e.g signup to ESPs and hosting accounts and use the free credits to send your emails. But make sure that they will block you as soon as you are classified as spam.
