Honest Review of the order:
quality content - 900 words

1) completely unreadable. I don't know where to have this article to be posted, maybe on some deep dark forgotten web2.0????
2) a lot of grammatical, punctuational mistakes. Again I don't know if these guys using Grammarly or any other software to check what they write.

3) Words count is Ok.
4) given instructions about 1)anchor text, 2)images, and 3)disadvantage of the topic have been failed. (I mentioned to talk only about advantages, why I need an article with disadvantages of product I am offering on money site????)
5) Communication was ok.

Disappointed with my order.

Wrong topic was researched even though I provided all the information and details (including a pdf).

Communication was good, article was just poor. Lots of mistakes, tier 3 quality imo.

I have just received my order. The articles are actually quite ok.
Below are the pros and cons of this service.

Pros:
* OK article - readable, minor grammatical errors -- quality on par with other services within the price range
* Accurate word count

Cons
* Unexpectedly long TAT - 14 days in my case (place order on March 10, got it on March 24. I don't mind the long wait, but at least let me know beforehand)
* I was charged $2/500 words instead of the advertised $1/300 words

Personally I will not use this service again. Too much effort to follow up for a cheap article.

Definitively some research necessary. It took only 2 days to get the articles. Incredibly fast and good content. I cannot say much about the grammar since english is not my first language.
