Hi BHW!

I did a little test to see how accurate and strict the Twitter changes are. It may be too early to have done the test, but I plan to try again in 2 or 3 days. I don't have a big farm accounts but I think the number of accounts I used is enough. (100 accounts)

So, I used 100 accounts and posted 3 tweets on each account (3 x 100 tweets)

The accounts are old and actives from 6 years to 1 month.. Just to give an overview about the account used

So this is what I did:

Posting:

1) I posted only garbages
2) I litterally copy pasted ALL the hashtags trending (totally unrelated to the tweets) and used ALL in 1 tweets
3) No change in the tweets, all 100 accounts posted the EXACT same pure trash
4) The 300 tweets have been posted within 15-20 minutes max

Following/Unfollow:

The same as before, no change noticed for mass following and mass unffollow.
I tested with 20 accounts all managed using Tweepi (Silver plan) Very rare I get a problem with Tweepi btw

Retweeting
Used 50 accounts to mass retweet more and faster than what a human can do.
Nothing noticed

Next week I will use again these test account and will try to be more aggressive....

Conclusion: None so far, I will wait again some days to see what's going on..

The reason I am testing, is their annoncement is a little confusing and not really clear...

While it may be a good thing for Twitter, there are some marketers and community managers who may really need to change their habbits, even if they don't use for spamming.
I am talking about evergreen content, re using some content (wich is quite frequent with companies) etc.

What was the outcome of the experiment?

Which software are you using to manage those 100 accounts?

Will your results now change drastically with the updated service and conditions coming online in May? Also, I am really interested to know how you got the 100 accounts up and running.

I didn't understand.. What is your goal?

New twitter accounts are shadowbanned for 7 days. I can confirm from multiple accounts.
