Hublaagram Shutdown since Jan 2018, Any Alternative..?

Hublaagram is a popular site created to Share likes, comments and followers on Instagram..
It gives free Likes every 15mins to it's Users..
The unique feature of Hublaagram is that they provide REAL likes according to your Location I.e Country Based. Which is quite interesting as they have likes from several countries throughout the Continent..

But since the Verification loop late Dec 2017 and Jan2018,, they have been unable to get back working.. I'm been looking for other sites which provide LOCATION- COUNTRY based REAL likes but can't find..

Never heard of them. Tbh, I've never used one of these services.. I've always just ran my accounts through a bot, and based on the content is post I usually get a substantial amount of likes and comments. But can you explain more of how this service works, or worked should I say... what is it like a like4like thing? More details if you have the opportunity.

You can visit "hublaagram .me" ,, to see how it works like.. Yes its a LikeExcahnge site but UNLIKE most likeexchange sites you do not engage other yourself.. All you do is provide your instagram login details to get their free likes every 15mins,, in exchange for that thier system also use your acc to like and enage others.. Very simple
And the most interesting FEATURE is you can get LIkes based on your location/country depending on how porpular hublaagram is in that country determines the limit to the no of likes they can provide for you... As far as i i know it covers over 30countries
I have been using them for upto 2years, they dont spam with my acc, and very Safe to use
