Payza charged with money laundering

Ah so nice of them "The arrest and indictments in this case demonstrate that we will vigorously enforce laws meant to protect the American consumer,”

/Sarcasm

This is crazy, 250m in transactions, holy shit someone do PayPal's job already and take their revenue.

They were operating in Washington D.C, New York, Arkansas, Kentucky, Georgia,California,Ohio,Kansas, Vermont,West Virginia,Connecticut New Hampshire and North Dakota without a money transmitter license, and they didn't even register with FinCen.

A consult warned them in 2011 that operating without a license was illegal and they could get arrested for it.

Those MFkers shutted down and I got $$$ there

I think they have a different domain now that you can go to and login and your funds are there. I saw it on the clixsense forum or someplace.

It's like .org or .net or .uk or something like that.

Silly thing is, you sometimes cannot educate stupidity.

I feel sory for innocent people with funds in there.

Only group that is at fault is payza, they refused to register and have everything legal.
If they had registered or otherwise kissed the US ring, they likely would not have been able to have made a profit. Those regs are there to frustrate alternative processors and make them logistically or financially unviable. Payza is about the only site similar to Paypal where one can easily transfer or bridge funds to and from alternative currencies or online payment systems (BTC, etc). That in large part is why Payza is being disrupted.

To avoid further harassment of their business, in addition to using a non-US TLD, They should set up offices and bank accounts in countries that do not have or enforce FINCEN type laws nor have an extradition agreement with the US (e.g., Morocco). They should also block US IP's (as does Payeer, Perfect Money et al) to more cleanly establish they are not seeking access to US markets, or to be under US jurisidiction.

The registration is not something complicated or financially expensive. If you can't afford the $200,000 or so in initial fees for every state you shouldn't even be in the business.

They are charging so much when someone pay you 1$ you get only 0.30$ in balance i mean wtf

Micro-payments cost a lot everywhere when money isn't already loaded into the company owned accounts. So, if i'm to send you $1 from my cc, the intermediary costs until that $1 gets to your cc are substantial (and probably more than $1 if from different countries).

So if they pay more i will be charges less ? Because i don't think because there fee are fixed for any transaction
