Nowdays all or few of SMM provider/reseller got many issue because the social media targets making update everytime.
Let say Twitter are now lose much users but they r still make update also banned/suspend suscpicios accounts (bot) heheee

Do it yourself then if you're unhappy with the suppliers. None of them are ever 100% reliable, but if you keep it professional most will work it out with you when something goes wrong. Shit happens when you're dealing with bots. Constant social media updates and bot purges are all part of the game.

Don't expect too much of them. 9 out of 10 uses the exact same provider of the service and are just reselling for a profit and don't care about quality or your satisfaction.

Most of them have the same source though

My question is, who is their source? People who create bots? Why is so difficult to find smm providers?

I have tested like 8 SMM panels and not one of them do the "YouTube Custom comments" well. If anyone can recommend one that does it properly and in a realistic time instead of all posted at exact time then please recommend it to me.

I have someone who can fulfill this easily... you won't find anything well worth in the regular panels. I agree.

True. Tried around 15, half of them are expensive as hell, don't deliver anything actually and don't refund anything. The other half is being used for certain services, some of them are being delivered 100%, with a better price and support (in case you need it).
Just need to see what suits you best.

JustAnotherPanel - banned from BHW, because half of their listed services don't work.
Top4smm - overpriced for some random services. They don't have the connections for good pricing.
BulkFollows - OP abandoned his thread here and only live because he pays for ads.
RetenionPanel - pretty good in a couple categories but expensive in some others. B+.
Instant-Fans - looks to be solid. Good support from what I can see.
Ytbot - If you can get around the awful design, service looks good, yet to try.
Getsmmservices - Way too many services listed to be sustainable. Similar to JAP.
SocialMediaGarden - Way overpriced. Most expensive service on the forum.
Followiz - They tend to cancel most of their services. Good pricing, if it ever worked.

Good quality comes for a good price. Most of the customers these days are not willing to pay more for social media services. It is always recommended to buy the genuine services so that in the future you don't need to worry about them dropping or getting your pages banned.
There are panels here in the forum that do provide genuine high quality services and keep their promises but you need to co-operate with them too in order to get the service that you need.
