Massive keyword volatility problem

Hello to everybody

I have a massive problem with keyword volatility for the website mybtwconsulting.com

Several keword disappears from the serp for a day or two and then reappear again in the serp. It's about a month that results disappear and reappear continually.

Please have a look to the image for the keyword setting up an ebay store (it's just an example. I'have more keyword in the same situation)

In the past i had a similar problem with other websites but not for so long time and just for some position. It seems very strange to me.

Any ideas?

How often are you adding new links, new social signals or new content? Have you varied your types of off page links?

We do changes quite often to website (Roghtly every 15 days we change something onpage or offpage)
