I was trying to link a card to my PayPal account. Then it displays an error which says "Something went wrong. Please try again". My PP account has also been limited but still, I have the chance to add bank accounts and cards. What should be the error? Help me

Since your account is limited you can not add or remove anything until limited is remove by sending them the required document. hope this is helpful

But the account limitations show that I still can add bank account/ card to my account. I already have linked a MasterCard. Is it possible to withdraw money from MasterCard? one of my friends told me that it is impossible to withdraw money through MasterCard.

I am from Pakistan and I have created PP from Singapore. Addresses are different and do you think will I be able to fix the issue by giving the same addresses?

You need same country pp and master card. And your pp billing and master card billing address must be same. If your pp country Singapore you should add pp name ,pp billing , mastercard billing and name all must be same and same country.

My account is not limited but still, I had this issue for months. I contacted PayPal many times they don't respond, very poor customer service.

After months one day, I opened the account and tried again. It worked​

Yeah, it will work but I cannot wait for months. If I waited for months, my PP account will get fully limited
