I have approved instant article this days I'm out the add code in web but to start showing must add payouts acount but I'm not allowed to add payouts please help me ?

If you want to use FAN you need to add payout, and if you're trying to use paypal, it doesn't work afaik, i ended up having to use direct deposit to my bank

I wrote bank account but they won't accept it said in this time we cannot accept payment method
