I want to buy a new hand set . I recently used samsung but it was not good to me. Somebody recommend me to buy ASUS or Nokia. But I want to buy refurbish or used iPhone but I don't understand what will be good. Anybody can suggest me?

so ill keep the money for something else and just use a cheap

Honestly, you should just go with a good phone and get a payment plan. You can pay as low as $25 dollars a month to get an amazing phone at T-mobile with unlimited data.
That's dirt cheap. I would go with a Samsung S8+, a google phone and lastly the Iphone.

They are a big company with many many satisfied clients in low budget range. Phone designs are great as well.

Xiaomi redmi notez 4 with snapdragon is great as I know and the redmi 5 is cheap too so probably it's better to go with this

What about apple refurbish or used?

Your budget is not that bad so why go for Refurbished? We (Me and my Brother) Purchased refurbished Mac Pro and the speakers /Inbuilt ones are damaged without any reason. 2 Macbook pro speakers were damaged on the same day. Strange.

We have a Sony Vaio Refurbished laptop as well which Speaker damaged a few months ago. Also, Keyboard's few buttons do not work.
