Right now I am coding a bot for a social network, I am planning sell it later (of course being Jr.VIP). But a question appeared on my head: what do you prefer: a desktop bot or a web bot?

For me it depends. I like both based on purpose and category.

But for a Social BOT, I prefer Web App.

In a social bot, could you explain why do you prefer a desktop or web version?

Since of course is easier to code a desktop version (and it is cheaper to launch) but maybe if enough people prefer web version I will do it.

web bot - less money

Just kidding, each one has their own advantages and disadvantages, desktop bot runs under client internet, so if internet is fast, it gets them more faster.

Web bot - Requires server internet, so your server going to eat up a lot of bandwidth, so decide yourself.

Because the website could go down, but if it's on desktop it could work 24/7. Also most web software is subscription based and not a one time payment.
