I got one back in 2016 by filling out the mistake form but now that form doesn't go through, (It literally doesn't process the click when clicking send) seems like a bug. Can anyone help me get it back, I will pay, thank you - Only will work with someone with positive reputation thanks

Thanks but the same thing happens here, I tried on multiple browsers and even with a proxy. The send button doesn't go through. It does like a millisecond refresh. I tested it on other banned accounts (ones I don't care about) same problem
