What counts as a YouTube View in 2018?

As the tittle says. What counts as a YouTube view in 2018? I have been experimenting and I noticed that a view is counted by account. Example with the same up is I like or view one of my own videos and just switch accounts it counts as a view and Like or comment. Changing ip doesn’t do anything from what I see. Correct me if I’m wrong but anyone have anymore info on this, trying to boost my YouTube video views myself. Thanks have a nice day.

To have your Youtube View Counted and validated as a real human being, it must be accessed from a unique IP while the viewer is in range of the front facing camera for a retina scan verification before uploading 2 forms of ID and taking a selfie while solving a captcha and verifying their email address...they must then receive a phone call or text message at a post-paid wireless number which has not been used within the google/amazon/microsoft oligopoly network of anti-trust, and they enter in the provided 8 digit code they will provide within 20 seconds of receiving it, before confirming with their fingerprint............ lol jk obviously - but yes they can tell different accounts same IP especially same device, those will either be ghosted or drop...if they don't think you're up to something anyway....and it is getting harder to get those to stick

Are you sure views from the same IP drop tho? A few weeks ago I uploaded a video and my friend went like "lmao ima refresh the page so you get more youtube moniez" and he f5'ed a couple times until it had like 17 views.
The video has been unlisted since then and it looks like the views are still there.
Maybe there's like a reputation assigned to accounts / IPs and when both is in good standing, YouTube trusts you a little more?

Pretty sure those views wouldn’t be counted by adsense
