How To Move Content To Another Domain

Hello everyone,

I would like to know the best way to move contents from domain ABC.com to new domain xyz.com without being penalized by Google for doing so.

I don't mind discarding ABC.com or probably just create redirect from abc.com (I still need process on how to do this as well).

It's something I'm in the middle of doing. Closed my old personality site and moved about 20 of the best performing posts tot he new site. For blog posts I'm putting a disclaimer near the top "Written by [Me] This content originally appeared on [Old Site] but was moved here when the site closed in [Date]" I've checked that the old content is no longer indexed anyway, which these days only takes a week or so for Google to knock it off their index. I use a CMS (normally Wordpress) and use the "Author" tag as well which means the author name is the same. If the old site has goner then there won't be much of an issue.

I deindexed my old posts by no-index in wordpress + removed these URLs in GWT manually
