Engagement back to normal?

For the past couple of months my engagement has dropped dramatically on my 145K account, barely getting 500 likes/7000 reach.

But for the past few days my likes have increased threefold, and my posts have a reach of almost 15-20000.

I've stopped botting for almost a year now so have Instagram removed me from their naughty list? Anyone else noticed any change in their engagement?
