Googling for cheapest Virtual office in Delaware

It seems to be difficult finding a good but cheap virtual office in Delaware that offers Suit # and valid street address.
Have been googling for few days already, registered with one whose rate starts from around $15. After contacting support, I came to know that they don't have office in Delaware.

If anyone using or have have resource, I'd appreciate your sharing

Virtual office with mail forwarding, valid suit # and street address. This is required for my incorporation address only, actual office is not mandatory.
Yes, my business is going to be formed in Delaware. That's only the reason.

No, they don't. In fact I'm getting a registered agent for a year with the package.

Sorry to bump an old thread but isn't a mailing address risky as you don't know whats been mailed?
I have space and I'm looking to do some sort of virtual business but it is an office/store space.

What type risk are you referring to?
Where your space is located?

Non-legal correspondence will not be handled, even though some do.

I have never heard of such mailing from those service providers.
However, the risk is there and people use them with this risk.
