IG account got blocked after 2 seconds

Dear members,

I tried to create a IG account using Memu.

Bought a proxy from SSLPrivateProxy 2 months ago, and didn’t use it/let is rest all that time.

I created an fake email, opened a Google account on Memu/Android and used that email also to register an IG account.

When I was registered, I immediately got banned without having done anything.

Memu was running on that proxy, and I didn’t like, follow, post or edit anything yet. The account was 2 seconds old and completely action free.

I have no idea what I did wrong. Does anyone else know?

At the moment there are three options:
1. IG detected that I was using an emulator. Makes me wonder, what do you guys use to create IG accounts?
2. The proxy wasn’t fresh. However I let it rest for 2 months, thought this should exclude this option.
3. I gave the account the exact name as an account that got shadow banned 2 months ago because I uploaded a ‘9 Square’ picture. However wouldn’t think IG would register something like this.

Or do you guys see I did something else wrong?

I know it’s a noob question, but still got a lot to learn. Would like to have some insight in how you guys create your accounts yourself.

Had same problem. Now I with passion hate sslprivateproxy.

Why don't you use your mobile ip. Those are best for creating accounts. Also, just use your pc normal browser or mobile browser.

So you are saying it is SSL? Which supplier do you use now for your proxies?

I already use my mobile for another botted account. If I use it again IG will link both accounts to each other.

I didn’t use mobile browser because I'm scared I don't delete my trace well enough, and again IG is able to link accounts to each other. What steps exactly do you take to erase your trace?

You can use the UA Spoofen with a Firefox plugins .. then see if they come with cellphone .. .. it may also be that your IP is blcklist

I now use valar proxies. Works to follow user.
Either ssl or instantproxies got sentry blocked, but both ruin my business.

They refund my money tho.

don't use the IG app to create your account
use incognito mode on chrome to do it and then login to that account on the app.

it happened to me few weeks ago and that's what i did to solve the issue

It can be the proxy you have used if IG had it flagged.

Hi Zigzag,

Are you refering to hardware ID of laptop or phone? Or both?

Where can I change this?
