Can someone help me get TWT dominator working

I cannot get the bulk account upload and email verify to work correctly.
i cnanot get the CSV to work correctly. I have spent hours working with support on this and they cnanot get it ot work.

Hmm, if support cant get it working then it must be something fundamentally wrong. Maybe try from a different computer? And also, do they have demo files that you can use - for example a demo CSV file that you can use and see if it works. My thinking would be to segregate all elements and slowly rule things out until you find the issue.
