Recently i just get banned from adwords because of my reckless and aggresive move when advertising my campaign. My account was pretty good running around $600 per month without any problem before (4 month). But now everytime i create a new account they always banned me.

Any idea to make a fresh / manage it into an aged account?

Step already tried :
1. VPN
2. New Payment Method (Fresh, Official Bank Payment)

I hope there was any good advice from expert here.

When will people realize that 99% of proxies/vpns, are all shit. Google and Facebook has gathered so much data throughout the years, it's impossible to trick them with an average VPN/proxy solution. Even big residential IP's providers like Luminati are detected by Google because of how they route the traffic from google.com. Your best bet is getting residential IP's, and I mean really residential IP. Buy a cheap phone, get a local sim card with 3g/4g from one of your popular mobile carriers and create an adwords account. Subscribe to random newsletters, age it for like 2-3 weeks, then you can create your first ad.

What reason is given in the suspension email? If it's 'circumventing systems' then this means that Google are effectively linking you back to a previously suspended account.

Yes the reason was that, and if i'm using the same payment method the reason was same with my main account "Advertising Counterfeit Goods"

You literally need to change everything to avoid being picked up. Different domain, ad copy, IP, computer, browser, billing, card etc. Anything that is the same with your previous account will link you back to the original suspension.

^ He said it all.
Best is new IP from your phone (3G, 4G plan)
New browser footprints
New billing
New domain and hosting

Get a US VPS and run everything from there. Don't get too aggressive from the get-go, warm it up slowly.
