Sell Digital Products

I need a platform to sell digital products on my website. The platform must include a payment gateway and it would be better if it uses their own paypal. Since my country unable to withdraw money from paypal, I am unable to use paypal so, can anyone suggest me a platform to sell digital products which includes paypal.

Mobile application. No, shopify won't make it. The platform I'm looking for should have its own PayPal account because I can't add a PayPal by myself

Does Payoneer accept Paypal payments?

OP probably wants an gateway that will accept paypal and transfers the money out to bank or something like that, and those things doesn't exist.
