Try kdenlive/blender (although they will be totally overkill for what you need.. but in case you wanna dive into serious video editing for free.. there u go)

Instead to remove the watermark why don`t you ZOOM IN and leave the watermark out of the zoom image? It is easier and works with any video editor.

Block its network outgoing connections, and just use it for free lifetime.
