Shadowbanned on my third account

Instagram has a personal vendetta against me. First they shadowban a 300k account of mine, then they delete the same account when it hit 400k, then they continue to shadowban a smaller account of mine around 50k and now they shadowban a 240k account of mine where I'm not hitting explore or the hashtags.

Well, yeah I do promotions, but every big page does that, and I haven't had any problems with it. And about botting, I have never involved any types of botting, I also have never bought any followers. I forgot to mention a 195k account of mine got shadowbanned as well, but since I changed the niche and didn't post for a while I was able to hit explore again. Instagram works in mysterious ways, and I hate them for that

Ened when were the accounts created? Just wondering how long it took to get that big.

243k account was created in april of 2016, my 400k account that got deleted was created in september of 2016 and got deleted around december/january 2017 and my 195k account was created somewhere mid 2017 but since I've changed the niche it hasn't been growing and I haven't put in any effort into that account at all

How do you know if you post hits the explore page?

If you change ur profile to a business account you get insights which allow you to see impressions, views, followers, impressions from explore etc. and when you get shadowbanned it's quite easy to spot, you basically get 0 views from explore and less than 1% of people that have seen your post are not following

I have 2 years of experience of growing accounts in instagram, I have grown accounts to 30k followers in 1 month for varying prices and have grown a total of 1m+ followers in the past 2 years. I not only have experience but also can say with certainty that it's not just a slump I'm in because with the statistics Instagram is providing us with you can easily determine if you have been shadowbanned by simply looking at impressions/views from explore

Anyone know what I could do to not get shadowbanned and get out of a shadowban? I just post like I always do and Instagram just randomly decides to shadowban me whenever they feel like. I've earned quite a lot from instagram and I shouldn't complain, but that they have full power over all my accounts and can do as they wish(like deleting my accounts without notice, shadowbanning whenever they feel like etc.) really does bother me. Also, Instagram randomly tested my phone number a week or 2 ago, and when I didn't receive a code on my own phone number I used my little brothers number and it worked. Do you think this might relate to my shadowban? I would appreciate any comments as I'm incredibly frustrated with Instagram right now. Might just sell all my accounts and do something else.

This really sucks!! According to my little experience shadow bans happen only on botted accounts, Can you say more about the method you use to grow your accounts?
However bans could happen for botting, copyright report, Are you reposting others contents or create your proper content??

I post every few hours, use the maximum same hashtags(which might be the problem btw) and I post 1x 24h promotion each day. I post around 3-6 times a day in total every day, and by doing this I would get an average of 200-600 followers every day. I do repost others' content(and I do give credit), but I don't think that's the problem since there's plenty of bigger sized accounts in my niche that repost more than I do and they also don't give any credit. Something to note is that I got a phone verification check a week or two before the shadowban, and I think that might be related with it.
