No man, just use some common sense. You need multiple accounts if you want to add a large number of answers. If you posting same website links in all answers with a single profile, answers will be deleted.
That's why.
Post replies without inserting links, make the answers detailed, not just short / spammy ones.

From 1 account without inserting link how many answers i can post! Then when can i add the link and post answers!

Exactly this. If you're spamming something like 'win an iPhone', then it's no wonder that you keep getting shut down.
Quora is such an easy network to take advantage of because of their lax controls. However, you need to write useful answers and appear as genuine.

I just posted 15 answers today, not 1 link. In fact, my main account has 76 answers, only links are to government sites currently. I have been requested for answers 12 times, so obviously people feel I provide some assistance. I have 23 followers.
Now, think when I post a link to my website(s) that they will be flagged as spam? Think it will drive traffic? Be smart about it.

You get that right from first answer itself but if you do that it will look suspicious.
