If you are doing all things that should prevent follow block but nothing seems to work, all that's left is to really extend your patience.

I am fairly certain that accounts get blacklisted after enough blocks, I've seen accounts with read only access via the private API (in bots and on phone). If you got a block, then when it lifts, just hammer away again you get another more severe block. Somtimes a change of IP can help, as can a change of device, but that is not long term, as if it did work, it won't each time

Throwing my hat into the pool. Blocks on my software are on and off for the last 2 weeks, looking forward to some sort of solution...

Are you using shit proxies? If so that’s probably the case. Changing from one shit proxy to another is not going to help.

Yes, that can happen and if this is the case, you need to remove the account from the bot and everything for about 2-3 months! Use it just as normal people would and then after 2-3 months you can start again. The longer you wait, the better! You need to be patient with Instagram!
These 2-3 months will reset the trust score of you account and the algo will rank you higher again! I have done that with 3 accounts now and now they are working even better than before! So just wait! Remove it from the proxy, access it with your phone from time to time and do everything normally!

Its hard to say what are shit proxies as I am not as experienced. I have tried stormproxies, highproxies.com, proxy6.net all of which have failed.
After I have switched to Instantproxies.com it was working flawlessly for about 3-5 days. My actions were 600~ follows, 800~ likes but starting to get blocks again on some accounts more than others. I also found out that more active accounts with the posting are getting fewer blocks.
Lastly, its a silent block. A term coined by Jarvee support. As bot keeps liking/following but its ignored by Instagram. I can like and follow on my phone without a problem. So its related to the proxy.
I wonder if once I get one silent block, will it impair the proxy forever? As even as I keep getting blocked I can still like about 300-500 posts depending on the day and follow 400-600 people depending on the day.
Long story short it kind of works but is giving me headaches. As I have customers I really need a solution here :S Can't keep switching from proxy provider to proxy provider... But also don't want to reduce my actions to below 500 as results are not as good...

That makes sense. Normally I just throw the account away. But next time will run a 2-3 month rest of teh account and see how that goes
