There are companies that do it for some programs, but not worth it. Best you do it manually and build a working relationship with them,

I don't think there is anything like that. But you can hire someone for that.

There are many such companies but there are not reviews about their success recruiting affiliates and stuff.

You will not be able to outsource this with good results. But you might want to hire a few good people and spend both time and energy into running them as a proper in-house affiliate team. It's an important part of your business and you shouldn't be outsourcing it.

I am sure that if you post in want to buy, you will see a lot of Managers ready. There is no BST offering exactly the same but you can hire a outsource staff (one BST is there)for this if they can handle.

It takes a lot of time, so someone has to do it full time, hiring someone locally for in-house work is not an option.

I am not very keen to post in 'hire a freelaner' section, because every one from India who is currently without work will apply as expert affiliate manager
