Hi guys, I bought some proxies from a guy here
I use my proxies for porn reupload
15 days ago I bought some 2 proxies like this
104.200.224.247:52459
104.200.224.251:52459
Yesterday, I bought 3 proxies but He gave me the same proxies
He said that's ok, I'm quite new to this
Is he cheating on me?
Thanks.

same proxies mean exactly same?
if so he is cheating.

isn't it better to buy from an organized company? How can we know who cheat and who is real?

To be honest, If my accounts wont be banned, I dont care the proxies are same or not.

Aren't you buying ports by any chance? If those are rotating/backconnect proxies, you buy ports and the proxies rotate. In that case, it's perfectly fine. If those aren't ports, but single proxies, then that's an issue. I'm guessing the former though.

Rotating proxies aren't the best for social media.

Was there 2 separate transactions. If you paid twice, then yes you were ripped off. Rotating proxies are billed once a month usually and you get multiple uses out of 2.

I would say dump your proxy provider and go with some backconnect/rotating proxies. Trust me, it'll save you a ton of issues in the future.

Why? If it's a rotating proxy service, he bought 2 ports at first and 3 ports after that, that's two separate transactions, which will be billed twice monthly, because the expiry date is different.

OP should know the type of the proxy he/she bought, that's how he/she can tell whether he/she was ripped of or not. What provider is that, OP?

Rotating proxies aren't good for social media management, because changing ips often trigger unnecessary verification requests.

OP said same ips were purchased twice

The ip addresses can be the same, if the ports are different, that's how rotating proxies work, you get assigned new ips through those ports. You see an ip address, but that's not the ip address what you use on sites, they're different ones, which get assigned. Practically you purchase slots and not ips. That's why OP didn't necessarily get duped, if he/she purchased rotating proxies.

I'm not really understanding the point of multiple ports. I have rotating proxies I use from Storm Proxies and I literally use the same 2 ips and ports for multiple tasks. If I need to increase the threads and connections then I pay for that. But the IPs never change. If its a rotating proxy you should have access to 10's of thousands of proxies being rotated. Am I wrong?

That's true, but let's say you want to operate a multithreaded bot, where you want to run 100 threads simultaneously. In that case you need to use 100 proxies at the same time, so you need 100 ports, which rotate the proxies. If you pay for 2 ports, you can use only 2 proxies at the same time.
