Paxum Card Activation , Help Please

Hello Guys !
today I finally got my Paxum card , I put last 4 digits of card and the name on card for activation the I got this message "
Your Card has been activated. From now on, you can make transactions using this card, after you add funds from Transfer Funds >> Between Your Accounts "
then back to home page I still see the activate your card button , can any one help me about this problem .

Try adding some funds to your card, via: "Transfer Funds -> Between Your Accounts"

You should have a green icon with a text near it, saying: Active.

I have about 1400$ in my account , I don't know what is the problem , they say that the activation is real time and you don't have to wait for that , and when I go to "Transfer Funds -> Between Your Accounts" I don't find the card

Hey ,I live in Lebanon and I count to 100 before contact them or Payoneer because the economic sanctions , they say in their TOS that their card usage is Restricted here .
