Reliable Instagram Scraper?

I'm wondering if there is any software out there that can reliably scrape Instagram usernames by specific criteria. Such as, Location, keywords in bio, filter by follower amount, etc.

Would primarily be using it for marketing leads.

Any suggestions? Or know somebody that can create something like this?

It isn't possible to SEARCH by those terms (ISG does not provide this functionality). You can however filter results of another search.

Say you searched for FOLLOWERS_OF @Username.

You could filter those results via bio include / exclude words) follower / following counts / location etc

Be warned, these are restrictive filters, so if you search for users who posted an image with #hashtag france, then ignore all profiles who are not based in New York, you are going to filter out 99% of the results. If you then request 1000 results, you need to scrape about 100k results and pull profile details for all which could trigger ISG blocks for too many requests.

But if you think about the search and the fitlers you can find highly targeted results to action on

Our tool instadub certainly can. But filtering is pretty basic bot functionality these days that I would expect all the other major bots to do it
