entire day zero contact from second eye solutions side, they dont feel any blame here, they dont feel like answering anything
I am sorry, but this is unprofessional.
I was very tolerant and I could share blame and pay 40$ more for next selfie, but you wont even trouble to reply anything.
This is very sad and unprofessional.

OK SES replied to me, that they will fix, it is worker mistake,
unfortunatelly, their fix, wasnt changing middle name on passport, from "random" :0 to some british middle name, instead they deleted middle name completly
thats not what I asked
I advise cautious when dealing with Second Eye Solutions, guy is from Pakistan, he is not understanding well, things, as idk europeans does. Maybe that is cause.
So when you order, make sure you dont write Random as middle name cause they will literally use it as middle name.
Without middle name passport is not good, only 5% in uk dont have mid name.
When i asked for fix I wanted random mid name, instead they deleted mid name at all.
Again not asking how to fix, they decided and decided bad.
This company needs more profsessionality.
For entire day yesterday there was 0 contact, today I receive fix with no middle name.
Too much mistakes and crap going on with one order
If it wont pass because mid name, im not going to order more and you lost customer for 50 selfies or more monthly, yes I will lose money too,
but I am not going to send you 160$ for crappy no middle name selfies...
