I am waiting for resolved reclamation.
Guy randomized all infromation for me, name surname adress but he forgot to randomize mid name
When I placed order on your site, you ask for mid name, I have puted "random"
and guess what second eye did, they made passport on name (similar example) Ben Random Todd
they actually putted Random as mid name, isntead asking me, or randomizing actual uk name
Since 4 hours I have 0 contact and day before I exchanged 10 emails and guy was responding in maximum 10-15 minutes delay.
I asked for fix, full refund, or half refund on next selfie. I am tolerant and open minded, but they are not contacting me.
I stated I need 50 selfies monthly and this is their approach
I will notify BHW forum how this case goes, I accept half my fault, I think it is fair to take blame on bboth sides, but honestly you have to be very stupid to add to english guy
