Lost my instagram activity

So I bought one instagram account (pets related) 2 years back when it was at 170k and used to average around 15-20k likes and the account was doing good, as I had great knowledge about instagram and instagram was easy at that time, I took the account from 170k to 300k in a few months and then I started trading cryptos, so I sold most of my instagram network (sold 6 big accounts) but I didn't sell this account because this was my personal favorite account. So the account started dying, now average likes are around 6k and followers dropped as well. I'm in many DM groups with quality members and some are 1m+ but somehow my posts do not go to explore page. I literally tried everything but I'm just losing followers, my content is always good, and I know content is not an issue. I just don't want to do that follow/unfollow thing.
Any tips?
