Honestly, I use manychat.com it is pretty good, I personally use it to auto message people who comment on posts from my pages

it does also do that, once the person has subscribed to the bot by simply replying you can broadcast to all of your subscribers at once at any time

Not anytime any longer.... Facebook caught on to spammers quickly. Now NOT after 24 hrs of last contact.
