How To Get Verified? (Actually Qualified For Verification)

Hey guys, question is pretty simple. How does one go about getting verified on Instagram? I know this question has been asked many times before, but they’re usually by random small accounts that wouldn’t actually need verification.

My page has over 1m followers and has worked with many major brands, as well as national media and news networks. I believe there is reason for verification of my page, as cross promotions between these brands result in confusion over the real account that’s mine, since there are a large amount of “imposter” accounts.

I don’t have an agency that I could go through to contact Instagram through, so i’m unsure as to how to go about this.

I know this is a blackhat forum, but I’d like to do this completely whitehat. This forum just seems to be the only thing that resembles a knowledgeable Instagram community.

I believe there is a panel that allows you to send requests like verification to the right IG teams.
However most people charge you for access to it.
You can't "request" a verification. But I'm sure if your statements are true you could suggest to IG support that your account needs to be verified to avoid impersonators.

bringing up an old post... im trying to get my ig verified as well..ive talked to some indian groups that do it, and they told me currently they cannot do the usa and only limited to southeast asia. ive seen the accounts they verify and they hardly have any followers or content!! my question is, can anyone verify usa accounts with around 30k followers and decent amount of personal/business content together? please dm me directly if youve sucessfully verified for people before. thanks.

This is possible because of an existing bug. I know a guy who got a lot of new Facebook pages verified as there was some bug. Later that bug was reported by a security researcher and he was paid $3000 by Facebook for this. Here are the details how the bug worked: http://bugbountypoc.com/business-logic-flaw-facebook-poc/

Can you tell how to get the Southeast Asian profiles verified? I have a Southeast Asian Instagram profile that I would like to get verified if possible.

from what i know. there is no way you can verify an instagram account how facebook did with links. ig simply does not allow you to do it that way. they even have on their website saying a badge cannot be requested at the time.... but im unsure how those indian guys are getting it done. i know if you have some type of contact with someone from instagram, you can reach them to submit certain forms to prove you are a celebrity or some type of business etc.... thats as far as i got with finding out anything else....

it wont be cheap to do it... and you have to be on some form of media...whether an article or publication or interview..etc..

but u know even many qualified people dont have it... alot of people had media companies who do this request for them.. theres a process which i dont know the exact details of...
