You must have the correct visa to work permanently in the UK // Does this mean if some foreigner gets the job then you'll be helping them with work visa?

We've had a few people ask about this - unfortunately we're not a visa sponsor so this isn't something we can do. Applicants need to already have the right to work and live in the UK before applying for the role.

Oh that sucks :\. I don't know much about visa but just thought that if you have a job then you could ask for work permit.

Actually the salary looks pretty fair for what is essentially a junior/starting position not requiring a Degree. With the perks like travel and the training, it should be tempting to any young person wanting to get started in a Marketing career.
This is a great opportunity for the right person.

25 with minimal experience is very generous. Most SEO jobs pay 16-20 at the most, marketing positions are similar, no formal qualifications needed. It is very good.

And why are you looking at averages? MK is a rich area, but there is still plenty of places you could find for 600-750 bills included.

I take it as you've never moved out of your parents house/had a real job, right?

Also, looking at the application - I take it as the annual salary is done in GBP, right?

The Hub in CMK is a property bubble. Lots of buy-to-let landlords who are leveraged to the rafters with unoccupied flats and desperate for tenants.

My sister recently took a short-term rent for a furnished two bedroom flat for £1,000 a month with the first month free. Water and heating included, she only pays for electricity.

You can easily get single bedroom flats in CMK for £700-800 a month. Check these out -
