IG's are not stat accounts so does not have followers (excepting 2-10 random following/followers for some accounts, depending on batch). They're not connected with other social media accounts like Twitter/FB (although this may change in time).

Minimum order on the site is between $2.5 - &8.75 depending on the account age. However you can add office123accs on Skype to arrange buying only one account.

Usually my IG accounts over 6 months of age are not asking for PV right at login, but this is not a rule because its IP-dependant, meaning that some IP's may trigger a PV screen and some not. When IG is asking for PV (PV'ed accounts may also ask for re-PV) you have various options to complete the verification: this include using real sim numbers, or using online sms services (various services for this can be found on the BHW marketplace) with virtual or real numbers to receive the verification code. Real sim prices ranges between $0.30-$1/sim. Virtual numbers are ranging from $0.10-$0.40/sms received.

As a further note, if you're going to scale on a social net with multiple accounts, especially on IG, its essential to have access to a phone verify solution, because regardless of non-pva/pva accounts that you buy, depending on the links/proxies/account data/automation settings that you apply - accounts may ask for re-PV again at any time, so you need to be prepared for it.
