How many times do you Proofread your Articles?

So, there are times when proofreading proves to be a big 'time suck", especially when you are writing an e-book size content. Anyone in the same business would know what I mean.

I am not trying to cut corners or anything, but the goal is to be a more efficient content writer.

So, do you guys have any tips on saving time on proofreading articles before sending them over to the clients (without affecting the quality, of course)

I'm not very efficient when I write content, but I proofread it as I'm writing it, usually after each paragraph. I don't do this just to spot spelling and grammar mistakes, but also to ensure that each paragraph transitions well into the next.

Proofreading can be a real time-eater, I get it. One idea is using grammar-checking tools, but remember, they're not perfect. Also, taking breaks between writing and proofreading can help you spot errors more easily. Don't rush it!

I'm pretty sure 2023 way of doing it is just use llm. I haven't got any single issue so far especially with GPT4.

If you mean to improve quality of content then I would prefer at least three time. And if talk about improving grammatical or other chores then try to clean it with chatgpt.
