I used to run a similiar site to this and I can tell you once it get's popular you will only see invoices to pay due to the amount of bandwidth these type of sites consume.

How easy is it to deal with these problems and notices/invoices? I live in the UK so I'd imagine it would be very difficult for me to circumvent these problems. Of course, I doubt it would matter if you live in a third world country where you won't be pursued and can do this stuff hassle-free.

oh ffs if you are stupid enough to believe that you can pay money and then sit back to enjoy stream of greens, you don't deserve money. He's offering pretty cool service as a basic start point of streaming site business. Then go get a traffic and do something with it. Title is something called marketing to catch your attention. If you don't know what you are doing, don't blame OP.
