I don't think anyone provide this service. Yes there are many companies in the market who offer lindexing service but there is no specific company which offer google url submit service.

Doing it yourself is like reporting your own website to Google. Baaad idea

Yes I know but the direct submission to google is the fastest one from my experience with some of those companies

it could solve the issue, no need to gmail accounts juste make sure to use VPN and you good to go.

It would leave a footprint that you forcibly trying to index the urls. Just throw the links some social signals it would get indexed in no time

never tried to index with social signlas just because they are too expensive. if you have 10 URL to index the signals cost will be huge.

Have you seen a site penalized for using this indexing method? Genuinely curious. I've been using it for a couple years on a lot of different websites without issue, but you never know.
