Is This Keyword Easy To Rank?

Is this keyword hard to rank? Page 1 results are all YouTube and pages like github for example, how long would this take to rank #1

KW tools are a good starting point but you shouldn't rely on then 100%. Do a manual check of the SERP. What's the on page SEO like? Are they trying to rank for the keyword (is it in title/h1 etc.) Do a search for intitle: "keyword" (with the quotation marks) this will tell you the number of pages trying to actively rank for the keyword). What's the authority of the sites like? Are they ranking because of there high authority or is it because of solid links and on page? Is the keyword buyer intent or actually useful to rank for. These are just some things to ask yourself and investigate .
