Is Movie Streaming Site Too Saturated ???

I think you can still do it if you are unique.
I am thinking about picking up an old movie site project that i started in the past.
Why i think mine could work?
My must haves for thid project were:
No buffering
HD quality
Limited ads and not the classic fake play buttons and pop ups
My own modern player
Netflix kind of template
I doubt you can make it with a copy like most of the websites. Those guys that made it to the top have a lot of money now to outplay you easy.
So in other words do i think it's possible? Sure, but make sure it's unique. Make sure that even you would preffer watching a movie on your own website instead of downloading it.

It's too saturated IMO. Unless you can do something Youtube can't, you probably shouldn't get into this niche.

Too many shit movie sites out there, unless you have some money to invest and build a quality site then it probably isn't worth it IMO

I am thinking maybe about creating a machine learning platform which has inputs as the movies visited by the user and the specific genre using neural nets and have the movie suggestions and based on their choices (kind of like Netflix) but on a low scale. (I have previous experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning). Will this help mee??

It can be saturated, certainly is. But you can still making a lof of money with ads. It's the fastest niche to grow very faster and see results within 3 month's. It depends the target of your country. But always you can have good results.
If you want to be famous and sucessful with a movie streaming keep the eyes on these points:
1. Create your own theme / webdesign design (you can pay to someone do that for you) why? Because is better, and people like simple,fluid and user-friendly websites. When I said create, I'm saying to you don't buy pre-themes, but yes a new theme from the stratch, that will cost a little.
2. Alternatives players, people doesn't want to see deleted movies, so use 2 at 3 servers to be sure, they are online.
3. Avoid to have a lot of ads, you can have ads but don't make it with a lot of pop-ups opening. Try to have it clean.
4. Own player should be great.
5. Favorite, watch list, and bookmark to mark the episodes I've seen in the website.
6. Good and short name, you need to have a good and shortest name to people always "remember" your website, a long name will make your lost visits, why? People remembers and is easy to remember easy names. So make sure you choose a good name.
7. Use always Hosting Offshore to avoid being down, avoid US/UK/New Zeland to host your website, avoid that countries! No matter what.
For domains you should consider using: njal.la and easydns. Avoid godaddy and others.

IMO there is a lot of people who are looking for movies online every weekend and holiday around the world and every big website in this niche dmca is fighting to get it down . So this niche is the best to make some fast cash

It is saturated but does not mean you can not make money. they are saturated because many ppl are there in this niche. many ppl are there because there are that much potential. even health niche is saturated but still ppl are making good money out of it. every month i make atleast one health affiliate website and they all do good. you will always get your share if you do it well

Yes, that is correct. I can guaraante you that, you can still getting a huge of traffic doing a movie website. It's saturated but still working and you get real and good results at the same time.
Actually, is still working. What he need to do is only publish and publish articles, is easy and within 2-3 month's or less, he will see results and traffic incoming.
I don't recommend movie streaming website, but yes linking is better. Why? More text and more information is better for SEO.
