I ordered a 3,500 word article and paid. Took 4 days to talk about what I wanted. Takes days to get a response. I have ordered over a week ago and still have no update on my contents progress. I do not feel like a priority and have given ample time for simple responses. I understand there is a time difference, but if I order something and ask you a simple question and it shows you're online or active 50 minutes ago and I have 3 messages from 3 different days in a row each with a simple question that can be answer in 7 seconds. I am not asking to be the center of the universe. I just want to be kept up to date on what I paid for a treated like a priority. I hired you because I heard you were amazing and had the best content. I am even still willing to wait for it, but I am stressing out over an issue that you can solve even if I am not online with a simple reply to my messages. I sincerely hope we can still do business, but this treatment I am receiving is sub par and not what I was told I would experience. I am not trying to hurt your business and am more than willing to update this post if this is professionally resolved. Thank you

I have been using RegencyWriters for a very long time now, and every single time she delivers an article, it is always great with very little revision needed if any. I have used many content writers over the last 2 years and Regency has given me the best quality, time and time again.

I think some people are a little too critical with their reviews, and dont realize that it's hard for one person to always respond to your skype or emails in a timely manner.

I received some more articles today, and like always they are great! I will never use anyone else for my content writing.
