Hi

Where can you buy guest posts like these -

http://www.vodafone.com/business/blog/gigabit-thinking/how-a-smart-grid-can-empower-a-smart-city
http://www.directenergy.com/blog/how-to-replace-shower-head/
https://www.networkworld.com/article/3236033/energy/how-a-smart-grid-can-empower-a-smart-city.html

They look somewhat good quality.

Good quality on what means ? Elaborate it for a better understanding please.

Getting guest post on blogs like Vodafone's official blog is really tough, I am also interested in such guest posting

Yes. But I am sure those are paid and purchased from some vendor.

Are you for real? Scroll down to the bottom of the article (for example the vodafon one) and you can see the author, in this case https://www.networkworld.com/author/Gary-Eastwood/. Pitch him with e-mail and see what he thinks about it. Why on Earth you want to pay extra to vendor when you can contact the author directly?

To contact the author directly and ask him to make a post for me too ? I highly doubt it would work that way. Its probably some kind of social contact that some link sellers have with these authors, and may be they are able to convince them to write a post containing a backlink.

And clearly, the "authors" are not the ones selling the links on bhw or fiverr. There is some broker in the middle.

So you think the author wont be happy to avoid the middleman? Go ahead, e-mail the person and see what will happen. Just to let you know vendors usually have at least 50% margin (nothing bad at that, I wont work for less too). So just go and freaking e-mail the authors. All of those you can find.
