Spot a Fake News Article

There are a lot of articles circulating around the web that are fake. Personally, I just Google manually if these stories are fake or not. I heard that there are tools to combat fake news. Do you have any recommendations?

I know. Even the Google news feed on my cell is full of those with shitty clickbite titles. Annoyed the shit out of me..
