I use instasnow.net to target my audience on instagram. But there are tons of other Bots out there. Maybe you just check out some of them. Also here on the marketplace there are some I think, like Jarvee.

I think there is a free trial yes. I pay like 9$, so it's not as expensive as some other bots. I think for free that could get difficult, unless you have some Python skills and can install/setup the bot by yourself. For that you can google "instabot.py" and you will find something.

If you don't have money to invest you can forget about proper boosting. You will need to invest time.
